Erie - Pending Cancellation for Non-pay, call Reinstatement Desk at Extension 2779 if within 3 business days.
They must pay the amount on their cancellation notice (under documents).
GMAC - If they are on the GMAC pay plan, you may call GMAC to get the correct premium. They will accept
credit card payments as long as they are paying in full or on the GMAC pay plan.
Progressive - You may take a credit card payment.
NCPF - Reinstatement Fee Procedures
Renewals- Paying on renewal date whether paying in full or not-NO FEE
Day after renewal date or later, whether paying in full or not-REINSTATEMENT FEE but
no renewal fee
Cancellations-The day NCPF mails cancellation to company-NO FEE
The day after NCPF mails cancellation to company-REINSTATEMENT FEE
In order to get reinstatement amount for someone who is cancelled with NCPF, do as follows:
One Late Installment (with fee)

One Regular Installment (with fee)

Strickland (Atlantic Casualty-Commercial)- to get a payment amount call 1-888-495-4950 and speak to
S.I. Premium Pay Plan (#5). Make sure and have the Account number for SI Premium.
Foremost-To get a payment amount, call Foremost 1-800-527-3905, option #1, then option #3
